Dr. Adrilla Horton

Dr. Adrilla Horton is a Learning and Development specialist at Atlantis Resorts where she is the Director of Atlantis University, the corporate strategy for leadership development in the organization. As the director, she facilitates the ongoing talent development of all employees as part of the approach to ensure the competitive edge of the business.

Prior to joining Atlantis, Dr. Horton worked as a lecturer and a division chair at The College of The Bahamas, a primary school teacher,  a Head of Department and national examiner of English and Literature for both the Bahamas Junior Certificate and the Bahamas General Certificate of Secondary Education Examinations.

She has worked extensively with workforce development initiatives through the Department of Public Service and the Continuing Education and Extension Services of The College of The Bahamas.

Dr. Horton holds a Bachelors degree with honors in English, a Postgraduate Diploma in the Teaching of Secondary English, a Masters Degree in Education, and a Doctorate in Higher Education Administration. She is also a certified executive coach.
