Q.  Who are we?
A.  Temple Christian School is a private Christian co-educational school owned and operated by Evangelistic Temple Assembly of God. 

Q.  What type of educational system do we use?
A.  We use a combination of the Ministry of Education’s and the A-beka’s curricula to provide our students with a comprehensive Christian-based quality education.

Q.  Is tutoring offered?
A.  The school provides an After-School Program and Saturday classes to prepare students for both the Bahamas Junior Certificate (BJC) and the Bahamas General Certificate of Secondary Education (BGCSE) examinations.  Individual teachers also offer subject tutoring.

Q.  What is the student/teacher ratio? 
A.  It is one teacher to approximately 25 students.

Q.  What extra-curricular activities are offered at Temple Christian High?
A.  Extra-curricular activities include basketball, baseball, soccer, track & field; the Red Cross, Key and Girls Guide clubs; the Governor General Youth Awards Program, the Student Christian Movement, & the Nurses, Teachers and Technical Cadets Programs.

Q.  Does Temple Christian High offer a breakfast or lunch program?
A.  The school has a cafeteria which provides breakfast and lunch at affordable prices.

Q.  Is there a discipline program?
A.  The school has a discipline program which addresses the spiritual, social and academic dimensions of each student. It includes Guidance Counseling, referrals, a merit and demerit system, corporal punishment, suspension and expulsion.

Q.  Is there an awards and recognition program?
A.  Students are awarded and recognized for their academic, social and athletic accomplishments.

Q.  What about school safety?
A.  Safety is a high priority for all students, administrators, the teaching & support staff, parents/guardians, and guests. Security guards are on duty at all times.

Q.  What about school tuition?
A.  Tuition is affordable. It is $1,150.00 per term (plus electives). Electives are $30.00 per subject per term.  Additional fees also apply.
