Two of Theodora’s notable professional achievements as a teacher are her appointments at Literacy Coordinator as well as Grade Level Coordinator at Central Abaco Primary School.

Mrs. Fernander, when asked about her hopes for the new school year said: "I would like to see at the end of the year in June, growth in the students’ reading ability, and in K3-K4, I would like to see a marked growth in their ability to recognize letter sounds as it relates to the Abeka curriculum. I would also like to see an improvement in their Math skills.” She noted that she would also “like to formulate really strong bonds [with] the teachers. Mrs. Fernander indicated that she “would like for [the teachers] to be able to embrace technology.”

The Fernanders have two daughters, both of whom are elementary school aged.

Temple Christian School looks forward with anticipation to the impact this appointment will have on the life of not only our Pre-school, but also our entire Temple Christian School community.
